Production of new Moskvich 2, hybrid Moskvich 5 to start by 2028

MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- Russian carmaker Moskvich plans to start production of new model Moskvich 2 and hybrid electric car Moskvich 5 in the next four years, as follows from the presentation by production director Oleg Maslyakov on Wednesday.

“Soon (2024–2027): the launch of new models... M2, M5+, M5+ PHEV," the top manager's presentation read.

Also, the company intends to restyle the models already on the assembly line: crossover Moskvich 3 and sedan Moskvich 6 until 2028.
